This still-life is made up of Simple forms with light. I was very concerned with the nuances of that white pitcher while painting this, that was maybe not so simple. The blue marble just came together so quickly.
This still-life painting is 6″ x 9″, oil on gessoed paper mounted on board.
This painting is framed in a natural maple floater frame. The inside of the frame, and the edge of the panel are painted black to give the illusion of floating. Signed and dated on the back, signature on front upon request.
