Family has been the heartbeat of my being throughout my life. I am from a family where gatherings of all types were a common occurrence, and usually revolved around eating, celebrating and more eating. In our clan, food signifies love and therefore has a role in keeping us connected. I love to garden, and I love to cook, and truly appreciate preparing my family of four a home-cooked dinner. It’s from these intimate family gatherings that my passion for painting stems and branches out when I’m given the opportunity to convey the emotion of your special event through paint.
I’ve been painting in oils since childhood. With such great emphasis on coming together as a family, there was always opportunity for me to hone my artistic skills.
